CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you may pause your membership after completing the first quarter. This includes your initial payment plus three consecutive monthly installments. Please reach out to us at Skin Firm Aesthetics + Wellness at (813)-489-9722 for pausing your membership or email us at info@skinfirmco.com with the subject line: Membership Pause: Your Name, email address and duration of the pause in the email body. Please give us 2-4 business days to pause your membership. Your account wouldn't be charged once the membership is paused.
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you can have both an active “FIRMFIX” Neurotoxin Membership and one of our GOLD, PLATIMUN, or DIAMOND Memberships simultaneously. However, only one “FIRMFIX” Membership should be purchased or active at a time attached to one client profile.
CAN I CANCEL?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, but there are a few guidelines to consider:
After Your Initial Payment + Three Monthly Installments
You may cancel your membership after your initial payment and three consecutive monthly installments have been completed. Once these four payments have been received, your membership may be canceled, regardless of whether you have redeemed your treatment.
Before Treatment (Full Refund):
If you decide to cancel within the first quarter and before you receive any treatment, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.
Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it three times. If all three attempts fail, your membership will be automatically canceled. Unfortunately, if this happens, you will lose all the benefits associated with your membership, and you won't be eligible for treatments or other perks under the membership. To avoid this, please ensure your payment information is up to date.
How to Cancel:
To cancel your membership, email us at info@skinfirmco.com with the subject line: Membership Cancellation: Your Name, email, include the email address associated with your account and provide a brief explanation of why you're canceling. We will process your cancellation request within 2-4 business days.
Eligibility for Treatment After Three Payments:
If you have already made three or more monthly payments, you are still eligible to come in for treatment before canceling your membership. This means if you've paid for several months but haven't used your benefits yet, you can still book a treatment before your cancellation is finalized.
We strive to make the membership cancellation process as smooth as possible while ensuring you get the benefits you're entitled to before discontinuing the service.
If you cancel, terminate, or otherwise fail to fulfill the membership commitment before all four drafts have been completed, any applicable early-cancellation penalty will be due, and you will no longer be eligible to participate in the Firm Fix Membership in the future.
Patients who do not complete the required four-draft commitment will not be permitted to re-enroll in, restart, or participate in the Firm Fix Membership again, regardless of whether they later wish to resume membership.
Enrollment in the Firm Fix Membership constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
