We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer flexibility with our cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your FirmFix Toxin membership, you can do so before your first treatment for a full refund. After 90 days from the day of enrollment, you can still cancel your membership by sending an email to info@skinfirmco.com. The membership will be cancelled once we receive all payments related to the quarterly visits. Annual memberships will not be refundable after your first treatment. Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within 5-7 working days. We value your satisfaction and strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

The membership cannot be cancelled within the first three months or after your first treatment

If you choose monthly payments, cancellations cannot be processed unless we receive the payments pertaining to the three orders related to your quarterly visit

Your units cannot be banked for a future quarter or future visit

You can schedule one treatment every three months and a maximum of four visits per year

Valid areas are for Glabella, Crows Feet and Forehead with FREE Lip Flip or Gummy Smile

Not valid for masseters (jawline slimming, teeth grinding), platysmal bands (NeckFix), axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), migraines, other areas or any other treatments other than those listed above
